Carole’s unique background includes over 18 years of Human Resources Management experience (SPHR). She has worked in technical and non-technical industries, in Fortune 500 companies, as well as for start-up companies.

Her education includes a master’s degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California, where she currently is an adjunct faculty member teaching interviewing techniques to future counselors. Her undergraduate degree is in Communications and Public Relations from San Jose State University (achieved at age 40). She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by The Human Resources Certification Institute, and has received training at the Coaches Training Institute. She is a certified “Behavioral Interviewer.”

Carole has been recognized as an interview expert on several TV shows (CNN-FN, New York Viewpoint, San Diego, and Sacramento shows). She has been a guest on numerous radio shows, including four shows in Canada and the BBC.
